We accept PayPal as the payment method through your credit card. 

 

Order Processing

Placing your order you to chantali-boutique@hotmail.com stating which items you want. 

You will receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours including the paypal payment link. 

 

It will take up to 7-10 business day after we have received your PAYMENT. Shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on friday saturday and sunday will be processed the following Monday. We apologize currently we are not able to ship outside of Hong Kong areas

 

Shipping and Handling Charges 

 

Free shipping for orders over HKD301, for all orders under HKD301, we will take HKD35 for handling & shipping fee for each order.

We would like you to satisfied with your purchase. However, All items are NON-REFUNDABLE. But we are here to help. Please contact us if you have questions after purchases. 

 

Expiry date

Please note that ALL products are natural handmade products, they are expected to use within six months prior to the date of purchase since those products do not contain any preservatives. Although, in most cases, their shelf life last longer. And their texture and apperances will change according to your the enviornment of your storage and weather accrdingly.
